Membership

The Carer Collective membership is delivered digitally. There is nothing to ship — access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Store (Physical Products)

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–21 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing (for international orders), and carrier delays.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Not all products or carriers include tracking.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Multiple Suppliers

Our store products are fulfilled by different suppliers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at clients@thecarercommunity.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the supplier.
