A Checklist to Reduce the Volume of Risky and Questionable Moments Occurring in your Home

This is a nine-page checklist for parents and carers of children with disability,

It covers the parts of daily life that go wrong most often. Laundry, meals, cleaning, organisation, school preparedness, mornings, noise, safety, storage and

transitions in and out of the house.

Each section gives you a list of small, practical changes you can make. Most take fifteen minutes or less to set up and none of them require lots of money or

energy.

There are 118 prompts in total. You do not have to do all of them. You pick the ones that match what is hard for you right now.

This is not advice about your NDIS Plan. It's about your house, your systems, and your time.

And when THOSE things work better and you feel a little more organised, magically everything else gets a little bit easier.
